Frank Ficadenti

Frank Ficadenti is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative, CEO of Ficadenti Tandon Asset Management, Inc. and a well known financial professional in Northern Virginia. Frank counsels seniors on how to increase their income and reduce their taxes. Frank has advised pre-retirees and retires of the federal government, teaching profession and business executives. Frank is the co-author of Retirement Investing, an easy to read book suited for those already retired or close to it. The book discusses estate planning and retirement investing.

Frank is a graduate of the Universities of Delaware(1975) and Maryland(1986). He earned a Certificate in Mangement from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business(2006) and is registered as an Investment Advisor Representative.

Frank lives with his wife Catherine, who is the Marine Corps fitness director at Quantico, and has two children in Northern Virginia. He has been a resident of Northern Virginia for over 32 years. Frank’s hobby, when he’s not making people richer, is reducing his handicap at Laurel Hill Golf Course.

Jit Tandon

Jit Tandon is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative, President of Ficadenti Tandon Asset Management, Inc. and a well known financial professional in Northern Virginia. Jit counsels seniors on how to increase their income and reduce their income taxes. Jit has advised pre-retirees and retires of the federal government, teaching profession and business executives.  He is also the co-author of Retirement Investing, an easy to read book suited for those already retired or close to it. The book discusses estate planning and retirement investing.

Jit holds a MS in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA and B. Tech. (Honors) degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, India. He is also registered as an Investment Advisor Representative and has been practicing as an Enrolled Tax Agent before the IRS for many years.

Jit is also the past President of Sundial Village Condominium Association and has served on the Board of Directors of Nation Children Center (NCC) of Washington, DC.

Jit lives with his wife of 29 years in Northern Virginia and has two grown children. Jit's wife works as an educator in the Fairfax County Public School system.
